Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026.

These terms apply when you use firmforte.com (the “Site”), operated by FirmForte. By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

We’re a marketing agency, not a law firm

Everything on the Site is general information about our services. It isn’t legal advice, it doesn’t create an attorney–client relationship, and we are not affiliated with any bar association. FirmForte builds and markets websites; we don’t practice law.

Using the Site

You may read the Site and contact us through it for your own business purposes. Please don’t try to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.

Audit submissions

Submitting the audit form is a request for a free website review. It doesn’t create a client relationship, an obligation for you to hire us or for us to take you on, or any confidentiality arrangement beyond ordinary professional courtesy. Send only information you’re comfortable sharing for that purpose.

Our work and content

The text, design, and graphics on the Site belong to us or our licensors. Anything we send in response to an audit request — reports, recommendations, screenshots, links — is provided for your evaluation. You’re welcome to share it inside your firm, but please don’t republish it publicly or present it as your own without our permission.

Pricing

Prices shown on the Site are current as of the date displayed and can change at any time. The prices and scope that actually apply to your engagement are the ones in your signed scope of work, not the Site.

Links to other sites

Where we link to third-party sites or tools, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the Site will always be available, error-free, or secure. Examples of past client results are illustrative and don’t guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FirmForte won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the U.S. state in which FirmForte is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The governing terms for any paid engagement are those in your signed scope of work.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date above, is the one that applies.
