Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026.

This policy explains what FirmForte (“we,” “us”) collects when you use firmforte.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. FirmForte is a marketing and web design agency for law firms; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Information you give us

When you submit the audit form or otherwise contact us, we collect what you type: your name, firm name, website URL, email address, practice area, and any other details you choose to include. We don’t collect anything you don’t enter yourself.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host records basic technical data when you visit — your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — in standard server logs used to keep the Site secure and working. We don’t use this to build a profile of you.

How we use your information

We use what you submit to prepare and send the audit or response you asked for, to reply to your questions, and to follow up about working together if you’ve invited us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a few service providers to run the Site and respond to you. Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the contents to us by email and retains submission data for a short period for delivery troubleshooting before deleting it. We correspond with you using standard business email, and our host serves the Site and keeps the server logs described above. If you accept analytics, Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) also process Site-usage data on our behalf, as described under “Cookies and analytics” below. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. Web3Forms and our host are not authorized to use your information for their own purposes; Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own terms and privacy policies, which we link below.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept our cookie notice, we use Google Analytics (from Google) and Microsoft Clarity (from Microsoft) to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages get viewed, how people find us, and how visitors move through and interact with our pages. When you accept, these tools set cookies on your device and process usage data, including your IP address, on our behalf; Google and Microsoft each describe how they handle that data in their own privacy policies. Microsoft Clarity also records how you interact with pages — mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — to produce heatmaps and session playbacks, with the text you type masked by default. We have not enabled any advertising or ad-personalization features in Google Analytics. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google or Microsoft. Separately, and regardless of your choice, we store one small functional preference that remembers whether you picked light or dark mode — it stays on your device, isn’t tracking, and isn’t sent to anyone. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser, which brings the cookie notice back.

How long we keep it

Web3Forms deletes raw submission data after a short retention window. We keep the emails and notes from our correspondence for as long as we’re in contact or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity retain usage data according to Google’s and Microsoft’s own retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live — including residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws such as California — you may have specific rights to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of your information, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. Because we don’t sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there’s nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, email hello@firmforte.com and we’ll respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Visitors outside the United States

We and some of our providers operate from outside the United States, and we serve clients in the US, UK, and Canada. If you contact us, your information will be processed in the locations where we and our providers operate. By submitting the form, you understand your information may be transferred and processed in those locations.

Children

The Site is meant for law firm owners and staff and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll post the updated policy here and change the “last updated” date above.
