What's not included.
The line items competitors usually bury inside contracts. We post them here so nothing gets billed twice.
Domain registration
Stays in your registrar account. Typically about $15 a year. We'll point it at the new site for you.
Hosting
We recommend SiteGround or Cloudways. Around $30–60 a month depending on plan. Set up under your account, not ours.
Paid ad spend
If you're on Multi-Attorney, we manage Google Ads and LSAs. The spend itself goes directly to Google, billed to your card.
Premium stock photography
If we use it, billed at cost — usually $40–80 across an entire site. We'd rather use real photos when you have them.
Bar advertising review fees
If your state requires formal pre-publication review, that fee is theirs, not ours. We'll prepare the submission.
Translation
Not in default scope. Common request for Spanish-language landing pages. We can quote it separately at sign-up.
Paid in three milestones, not up front.
Nobody should wire a stranger $3,500 to start. The build fee splits across three points, each tied to something you can see and sign off on. The most you have out at any moment is one milestone.
At kickoff
Books the build slot and covers discovery, your brand voice document, and the first copy drafts. $1,050 on Launch, $2,250 on Multi-Attorney.
At design approval
Due when you've seen the page designs and signed off, before we start building. If the design isn't right, we revise it before this one is raised.
Before launch
Due once the site is finished on staging and you've reviewed it, and settled before we point your domain at it. Nothing goes live with a balance outstanding.
Retainers are separate. Launch + Grow and Multi-Attorney monthly fees start the month after launch and bill monthly in advance. Cancel any retainer after month 3.
The kickoff payment stops being refundable once discovery starts. It buys bespoke work — research into your practice, your market, and your copy — and that work can't be resold to anyone else. Before discovery starts, it's refundable in full.
If a project goes quiet, it pauses rather than dies. After 30 days without a response from your side we'll park the build and pick it up when you're ready. Milestones already paid stay credited to the project.
All figures are USD. Prices on this page are the full build fee; the percentages above are how it's split, not an addition to it.
